2017-06  The International Association for Sports Surface Sciences (ISSS), located in Switzerland, commissioned chemneera to conduct a review of important studies published around the globe in relation to the perceived concerns about potential exposure risks from playing on synthetic turf surfaces.

Is playing on synthetic turf safe?

Based on an extensive literature review, originally conducted by the US EPA, chemneera has summarised recommendations from various government agencies, universities and others in an infographic.  The literature review summarises results and conclusions from 100 studies conducted in 12 different countries.
